Very bad experience, I had my leg operated on for saphenous vein removal, after the operation, inflammation of the leg occurred in the wounds with significant effusion, and when I consulted the center of wounds and healing, I had only an evasive response offering me no solution or no remedy, luckily I consulted a competent outside doctor who prescribed me an appropriate treatment otherwise I would probably have returned to the emergency room for sepsis. We really have to review the postoperative medical follow-up!

My daughter has her wisdom teeth operated on today, it is impossible to have information about her state of health !! She came up from the operating room, she does not answer our calls and SMS and the only thing that the person we ended up having on the phone deigns to answer us is: she has a cell phone call her! And when we explain to her that this is what we are doing and that she does not answer, she starts again: call her on her cell phone, we are overwhelmed! With the Covid impossible to enter the polyclinic, therefore impossible to have news !! IT'S A SHAME !! leaving people without news is not done.!

I put a 1 star story so as not to put a dotted zero because the nursing staff does not deserve to be associated with the incompetence and the casualness of certain doctors. During a very recent stay of 10 days, no less than 3 doctors succeeded each other for various examinations and blood tests without ever explaining, with little kindness (except Dr. Camarat, it must be said ), and always a fleeting look at the legitimate questions asked and very often remained unanswered; Why ????? it remains a mystery! not very reassuring for a patient who suffers and needs above all comfort !!!!!!!! .......... we had to wait for the old woman out (yes yes) and several family phone calls (too!), not to mention the insistence of our patient to be entitled to a strand of explanation (I say, a "bit") .... the presence of some doctors is ghostly! we can feel the embarrassment of the nurses who no longer know and what to respond to their patients .... we feel them helpless ... not very reassuring ..... not reassuring at all even: lack of seriousness and TOTAL tracking. We are far from the "elitist" period claimed by private clinics; we understand that the patient is no longer the center of concern of some doctors, I find this unacceptable. We almost have the feeling of being just a guinea pig .... and again .... My recommendation: go somewhere else if you can.

My mother was operated on in May and she was really not happy. Not from the surgeon but the service. No nurses or caregivers, forced to ask for water, for their meat to be cut not the right to sit. She stayed with physiotherapist for 3 weeks, not every day, and 15 minutes. When she left the day hospital, home care for 3 weeks and she heard that it was expensive, so she never asked for anything. She came out with a pressure ulcer that the hospital did not see. Since her operation, her back is still very painful, but as everyone tells her, it's age. Which means when France when you get older it's normal to be in pain.

I went to the outpatient department for the extraction of wisdom teeth under general anesthesia, and everything went very well. The staff, whether in the service, in the block or in the recovery room, we were really nice, attentive and reassuring. I was anxious about this operation and they all knew how to reassure me with patience and kindness. Thanks for everything ❤️ I just deplore the room with a tiny little window at the top of the wall (which suddenly does not bring light), quite scary.
