Care sheet sent two months ago and still no refund ... the deadline is largely exceeded. You do not fulfill your duties towards your customers. I do not recommend the LMDE Poitiers.

A total lack of respect. The woman of the reception, who says manage the agency in Poitiers, knows very well treat all the French. But when it comes to a stranger she becomes completely rude and unpleasant. Instead of answering my questions, asked in the most respectful way, she starts to scream and tell me that it's my business if I can not understand, that she will not help me and that she is not going to waste time with someone like me, she already has many more important things to do. I asked her how it was possible to have treated the previous woman so respectfully and to treat me like that. Instead of changing her behavior, she kept shouting. I asked him to stop doing it and treat me with the same respect that I treated. She raised her voice. In the end there were other clients who arrived and there, coincidentally, she started treating me well and stopped screaming. She said in front of the other people that if I want respect I must respect her, this when it is she who from the first moment has been xenophobic with me. It must be remembered that at the CPAM, they told me that she could do everything with the documents that I had given her, and that if she did not do it it was only the bad time ... Before leaving she tells me that I have to look for another agency because it will not help me ... and it is also with great pleasure that I will never return to the LMDE.

Thank you LMDE for putting me in even more trouble financially. Paying 25 € a month so that they do not reimburse me for anything, I would have preferred never to become a student.
