As far as I'm concerned, I went there for the first time yesterday and I find this practice very good and pleasant. Very serious staff and my waiting time was one hour which is resonable. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable but the waiting time is endless. We know when we arrive but not when we leave. 2h30 in my case.

Appointment on time, welcome and professional review! Nothing to say and at least we can have a quick appointment unlike other ophthalmologists in the region ...

Very dissatisfied, waiting time always very long, even if an appointment taken early in the morning !! Meeting at 8:50 am, I went with the doctor at 10:00 am, came out at 10:10 am BUT with a bad prescription. The doctor did not prescribe my usual monthly lenses or the correct product for me. To pay, I had to wait another good 10 minutes among all the people at the counter. The secretary was completely overwhelmed, unpleasant ('' I have nothing to do with it if she made a mistake, we will have to wait ''), asked me to go for a walk while the new ordinance was signed by the doctor. I definitely left at 10:40 am, almost 2 hours for a simple replacement of lenses !!

I had been waiting for a niche for a year (but not bad for the galley in Vienna) As for the reception very well for the secretaries and the ophthalmologist .. on the other hand the doctor ... A horror .. Very unpleasant, cold and does not take any consideration to the person in front of him or his pains, growls at having to make a prescription for glasses with small correction and pushes people with his hands when he has finished these tests ... Retirement is close but still ... Good to have a prescription but for real eye problems, go elsewhere!
