Great post office. The staff are always very welcoming. A big thank you to the advisers, who always answer the phone, who help you .. always with empathy. They were even there for containment! I had a problem in April and the advisor found a solution for me remotely. I recommend.

Packages are almost always lost or they are announced delivered when they are clearly not. It is appalling. Total lack of professionalism, responsibility and honesty ... If I wanted my shipments to disappear I would entrust them to Houdini, it would certainly be cheaper elsewhere.

We pay for a forwarding contract so that nothing is delivered to the right address. If I didn't ask someone to send me a registered letter to verify this I would have had no proof that my mail had not delivered to me. This is completely unacceptable and it is not surprising that the post is becoming more and more catastrophic. I advise against 1000%

I recommend that you use the Mondial Relay relay point services rather than the Colissimo services which are quite simply disastrous. I'm not even telling you about the agency ...
