Nice and practic place with nice people working there.

I think the person at the reception did not understand the concept of the tourist office ... came on Wednesday 26 around 13-14h we were sent in front of the leaflet distributor which is also available elsewhere .. We just want advice on how to explore the city and the region, not just telling us to go to the airlock and get the documentation Take our postcode and tell us to look elsewhere ... great welcome in Poitiers 👍🏻

Very well! We were there to do the Viking 2.0 treasure hunt and it was great to discover the city. The ladies at the reception are very friendly.

Considerate and professional welcome. Smiling person who took all the time to answer our questions. Poitiers can say thank you 😉
