To avoid absolutely! It is an agency of thieves and dishonest people! We paid € 2,000 on account for a trip abroad which will probably not take place because of the Covid and I am obliged to pay the balance of € 2,000 immediately or risk canceling the trip and take me € 1,000 in fees for that! And they are unable to assure me that the trip will take place and if so, without quarantine and under what conditions ??? It's a shame!

The client is despised by the agency manager who made me imply that I was a liar and after sending me on a stroll hung up on me. Since despite my many emails no returns.

Three quarters of an hour of waiting including 1 half hour standing. All this so that I am offered a trip to Crete at 1675 euros in all inclusive !! The dream! I was told all the same that their partner must have made 1 mistake but that it could go through ... anyway the agency would do everything to make sure everything goes well. 4 days later I have a message on my answering machine in which I am told that there is indeed 1 partner error and that the trip is at 4591 euros! No excuse or other just proposal, the partner offers to reimburse you and to give you 50 euros per person as provided for in the contract in the event of their withdrawal. I don't think I needed 1 travel professional to achieve this result! For me there is nothing commercial in all of this if I had managed alone it would not have been worse!
