That the applicants in a company which nevertheless prides itself on being a Social Housing Company lack the resources for the rental for which they are applying in no way authorizes them to infantilize them, to get angry with them because of poor quality of the cellular connection or to refuse them clear explanations. Some should reconsider their career choice. Very friendly receptionist, however!
