Not had to complain, the staff was very smiling and friendly, to inform us and guide me. The same goes for the procedures concerning the insurance .. Quite nice we can talk about everything with a certain sympathy, and propose a solution if there are any concerns .. The only concern is that the additional services (for example change of cabin filter is 50 € whereas it costs 15 to 20 € maximum ..) Only the additional services are much too expensive, but in terms of service and hospitality, it was nice.

Appointment fast and easy to take by internet. Repair work faster than expected. Great warm and welcoming staff

I got my car with the top scratched. Forcing them to come back to remove the scratches and even not a commercial gesture ... And they wanted me to believe that it was me who made the scratch ...
