After several interviews done at firstop, I am disappointed with the last one! Problem with the installation of the oil filter, big loss of oil which cost me dearly in repairing a concrete floor !! And knowing that I still have a tire and brake quote to do, no commercial gesture when I bring the car back !!!!! The only response from the manager present that day "it happens" !! The technician very nice good explanation! If Fabrice, the site manager, had been there, there would have been a more commercial and professional speech !! That's a shame !!
