The front desk person is frightfully unprofessional and doesn't make you want to. The room is abandoned, the machines dusty, the guy ALWAYS arrives late, does not greet anyone and ALWAYS leaves in advance, in short the opening hours are a joke. I came once and he had a bunch of buddies out of work in construction clothes and we did their sessions normally accompanied by the representative of the room. Or another insulting time drunk by the vagaries of life ... No sympathy, is rather there to tell it visibly. I fix it because there is an impact on the followers, this lack of professionalism does not make you want to and I do not think that we will see it in another room in Rouen ... So I concluded that this guy is necessarily the son of the boss otherwise it is not possible. There are guys who without being a coach have the slab to take care of a gym with desire, passion and who will transmit this desire to followers! I do not doubt for a second the number of customers already lost! Here I am posting this because I am about to cut my subscription to go elsewhere and this is the main reason! And many people are complaining about this situation ... In any case, if you are new and wish to be followed, accompanied do not especially come here! Especially not !

On the whole rather correct, a pity that there are not more materials and machines given the size and the potential of the room. Positive point, everyone is respectful of others, good spirit, good brand equipment for almost all (hammer streng) as well as dumbbells that go up to 50 or 60kg. Negative point, poor maintenance of equipment on the part of the room, too much time to repair / replace and too often nothing has tidy up or badly, lack of storage. 3/5 Good, but little better.

when I unsubscribed, they took three more monthly payments after I unsubscribed, each time I went to complain I was reimbursed twice, but the third still not. If they do that to all the people who terminate their subscription , they will get there !!!

The Notre Dame room has been completely abandoned. No number of courses, slots not to the numbers of those announced. Deletion of classes such as zumba when the class was full. Material recovered from other rooms. Fortunately, the coaches are at the top but they do not know how to retain them all. No communication from management. We are clearly cash drawers, strangely enough when you want to cancel your subscription no one answers either on the phone or by messenger on their fb page etc ... I sent my registered letter more than 1 month ago and they are not still did not go to look for it so they took me again. Also taken during the covid I did not receive any info by email although I gave it twice. Frankly, there are more qualitative rooms at a lower price and with which communication is easier, especially when talking about money. But I recommend it if you like to be taken for pigeons.
