Hello, Normally I don't do that sort of thing, but enough is enough. A very charming saleswoman, working at the store on Saturday, October 18, succeeded in forcing the sale of a size 54 ring to my husband while he assured him that I was a size 52 ... Sir insists, the saleswoman retorts to him that it is better to take a size 54 and exchange later because they only have this size. No command proposal nothing ... Obviously size too big, I allow myself a reflection because frankly abused they hang up on me! So I'm going to trade in another Gold Story, I explain. Yes madam paid the delivery and you will have your ring within 72 hours! 72 hours later and confinement is planned. No ring, no refund and no recovery of the old one too large possible. And similar we hang up on customers ... Nonexistent customer service for in-store sales without 10-year delays ... (yes that's an exaggeration). I am perfectly outraged by this forced sale and not followed! Not one to catch up with the other ... A complaint will be filed and sent to consumer associations. Yen is fed up with scams. cordially

Very disappointed with Barentin's golden story! Customer satisfaction as well as the quality of service is really not there! Ring ordered in October, receipt of an email stating that my order is available at the store today 12/11, arrival in store I wait half an hour, and in fact I am told that the ring is lost, and that it must be recommended. Again at least 2 weeks delay. There is nothing worse than waiting for an order for a customer! And even more in these conditions, it would perhaps be necessary to review its organization !! Unfortunately my loyalty will be hampered.

Pleasantly surprised at the negative reviews because I was very well received (everyone said hello) their smile can even be seen through the mask. Someone took the time to look after me despite being busy. Purchasing a Lacoste watch today and I thank the saleswoman for her kindness. I will return with pleasure.

It's not my style to give negative reviews but this time I can't help but share it! The saleswoman who was present at Histoire d'Or Barentin this Wednesday August 12 at around 11am was simply odious! She openly does not give a damn about her clients by showing them that they disturb her, she disrespects them, is not friendly ... and I forget! I am not surprised to read some other reviews, which, it is a certainty, speak of the same seller! If she doesn't like her job, she just has to leave because there all she does is scare away customers and give the brand a bad image! I have been a salesperson, I know that it is not easy every day, but our job is above all to satisfy the customers, here for the moment this one is not made for this profession.
