No toilets available for guests at this property! it seems that it is for security reasons ...! The gentleman with whom I had appointment granted access to the toilet to my son of 5 years but not to me ...! so I insisted a little, without result, disappointed by the behavior of this incompetent commercial and, overwhelmed by a terrible desire to relieve my bladder, I suggested leaving the place, he then told me not to need of client like me. so I left these places and concluded with another bank. I said that this person worried me because he had a threatening tone by explaining to me that he was a former soldier. I have informed the hierarchy of this employee, I have had no news since. It's been two years! I do not recommend this property

So few staff that we can not reach on the phone ... it is Tuesday and it is 9:50!
