This branch of the bank is a joke. There is no ounce of respect transmitted to the client and no ounce of client compliance. I held myself from writing a negative review the second i set foot in that bank in the beginning of September. First off, a lack of respect and a lack of professionalism. Ms. Lamble who, instead of helping us find a solution to our problem, simply tells us to change banks, and talks in a condescending tone, is not a professional employee's etiquette. That alone says a lot about the bank's choice in staff members, it does not bother he to lose a customer, and it certainly doesn't bother her to disrespect someone coming from a foreign country with no notion of how the system works. Secondly, Ms. De Donder, does not know how to speak to her clients respectfully, she speaks to me with a haughty tone. In addition, we called to make a complaint about an email that was not answered and it was only after our call that we received a response. In short, the xenophobia, the disrespect, the posh attitude, the lack of professionalism, the disrespect of time, and honestly much more... avoid this bank at all costs.

Zero knowledge on how to treat clients. Zero respect in general.

Do not listen to their client, advise unreachable and never respond. Personally I change bank.
