Account closure request made on 06/24 by registered mail with return receipt. The establishment has still not closed the account to date, despite reminders via email. The operating contributions of the accounts are always taken, of course, and generate cascading costs (intervention costs € 8, simple mail costs € 15, debit interest). Client since 2004, I deplore the lack of consideration of clients for several years. I had hoped that this would be an isolated case by changing agency (Royale), unfortunately this is not the case. I expected a little more professionalism and elegance from a banking establishment, even in the event of a client leaving, it is one of the foundations of the commercial relationship.
