Avoid at all costs !!! I wish I could put zero stars Bank unreachable at any time of the day and for weeks, and once reachable customer service completely NIL. Unable to deal with any concerns with them. And I never got my questions answered ... Worst agency I have dealt with so far

So far I had always been very satisfied. This is no longer the case. The savings bank has always been picking it up on its website, the latter not working (or badly), I find myself obliged to call my advisor. The counselor is not available (or on vacation), I am transferred back to the switchboard which hangs up automatically or manually (yes that can be heard when we voluntarily hang up the phone). In view of the service, I think I will change to an online bank soon.

Ms. Jacquet is at the top. Very good advice, reachable and smiling.

Unreachable on the phone, It's really been 3 days without any response. Deplorable team, no professionalism, agency to be avoided.
