A super competent and very professional seller

Having a new BMW x 2 after 4 months hose to change two months of immobilization. Before end of defective auto box warranty 2 months of immobilization. No phone calls to keep us up to date with execrable, unreachable and disagreeable workshop service which systematically blames others. BMW France commercial gesture since Auch did not want to do anything, free brake fluid change ....... I didn't even know that the brake fluid had to be changed. 4 months of immobilization for 18 months of use. In short, far from being a great brand in terms of reliability and service.
Impeccable service, welcoming and attentive staff. I am on my second vehicle bought and maintained at home.
