If you are planning to have a pleasant experience with great results, this is not for sure the right place. I booked 4 treatments: Brazilian waxing, pedicure, manicure, massage. After the first two I cancelled the rest. I asked to start with the "painful" part if the therapist would have been the same. Despite it was, they started with the pedicure. Never saw a pedicure starting without putting your feet in the water. The waxing was a torture, few tries before cleaning the area properly, and due covid they couldn't do the back, while in many salon they are using gloves (London where I live). They put me in the room behind the reception. You can imagine how relaxing it was: the phone could not stop ringing, girls chatting all the time, my therapist talking from my room with her colleague. Plus they had some builders inside so very noisy. All of this at 9 am in the morning. I did the treatments that I was in need and then I walked out. The funny thing is that they are not even cheap if you look at their price list. So you are expecting going to a high quality place, but they didn't even offered you a drink, plus the therapist was no able to speak english so very hard to communicate. Maybe my expectations were too high, but never again.

I was able to enjoy a 1 hour massage very well done in a Zen and very clean place. Pleasant and professional welcome, everything is done to make the customer feel good. Thank you very much to the whole team!

Concernant l’expérience autour du massage : déçue. Après m’etre changée, j’ai attendu un peu longtemps seule dans un petit salon. Ensuite une masseuse est venue me chercher pour m’installer dans une cabine minuscule. La musique était à fond et il y avait une lumiere rose, pas du tout relaxante (j’ai lu apres qu’il s’agissait de luminothérapie mais franchement, une lumiere rose fluo pendant un massage ce n’est pas relaxant). J’ai demandé à baisser la musique. La table de massage est assez ferme, et il manque des petites serviettes autour du trou pour le visage pour « amortir ». Il manque 2/3 degrés de plus, j’avais les pieds gelés. 2 personnes ont ouvert la porte pendant le massage .... on entend les gens qui parlent fort, les portes qui claquent, les talons, c’est vraiment dommage. J’aurai dû demander des boules quies mais ayant dejà fait des massages ailleurs je n’avais jamais été dérangée par des bruits. Concernant le massage en lui-même : il était tres agreable, avec en prime un massage du visage appréciable. Seule chose que je n’aime pas : quand on est sur le dos, il n’y a pas de serviette pour cacher la poitrine au moment du massage du ventre/torse, ça me met un peu mal à l’aise personnellement. Cela reste tout de meme une zone intime qui devrait rester couverte. En résumé, pour le prix (81€ les 45min), je trouve que l’expérience n’est pas à la hauteur du moment de détente qu’on imagine, c’est dommage car le salon en lui meme est bien.

A pleasant moment of relaxation where you want it to last forever ...

Very pleasant and personal place with the small care. Two caveats, however; first for a 1h30 massage in duo we are topless. Neither towel nor sheet to cover the chest which is extremely annoying when you do not come with your partner because we wash between two treatments ... Finally, during the little herbal tea moment after the massage, the insistence of the director of the establishment for us to file an opinion really annoyed us because it necessarily disconnected us from the relaxing atmosphere in which we were and whose we took advantage of their little space dedicated to that ...
