Second visit to this florist. Disappointing the first time but then the second was the bouquet. I went there on Valentine's Day, I asked about flowers, the 3 ladies were not very professional or pleasant. Only one of them was very smiling but for the rest of the team, very cold and rigid. Welcome, zero smile, zero hello and I'm not talking about the exorbitant price of flowers which I find very pretentious given the store as a whole.
