I learned late this Friday September 4 evening that I had to undergo an emergency intervention on Monday September 7 The secretariat of my specialist indicates 7 am on the convocation documents, specifying that I am called during the weekend to tell me the exact time but that she must have indicated a time. Having never received this phone call myself, I called, but on Sunday the secretary of the establishment necessarily gives me 7:00 as indicated in my file. I show up at 7 a.m. At reception: take an admission ticket 7:05 am person at the admissions office I have to go directly to an outpatient clinic (luckily I meet the head of service who is accompanying me) .... After the different stages I wait and I wait. 10am still nothing I question the head of service and I am put in the room I question a nurse who inquires I am registered at 12:30 pm for the procedure So I could have come later and not be fasting since 7 p.m. the day before. There are misses ... nothing is perfect anywhere but the patient goes through a lot ...

Few competent people like everywhere now ....... but they break records I find my experience would take too long to explain unfortunately

I recommend superior policlinic listening to the patient I had the stones removed in the coledoc + gallbladder removal. Very competent just to stay 1 week while 2á 4 days would have been enough I just gave birth in June 2020 so I would have preferred to stay close to my son.

Before my intervention in the outpatient surgery unit, I met the surgical nurse coordination team in consultation. A nurse called me every 48 hours for 10 days. It is very reassuring. We can call in the meantime if we have a question or need to be reassured. Really thank you to all this wonderful team, you have accompanied me at a not very easy moment in my life. Don't change anything, you are great.

After my various meetings, I was able to observe the seriousness, the excellent public service, the listening, the special attention, the courage and the professionalism of all the people I met and who were at my service. I highly recommend this polyclinic which offers a recent and extremely clean structure with all the necessary security measures and imposed in a pandemic period. The staff puts you at ease, humor as a bonus, kindness is sincere.
