She is in a room alone, nobody wants to take her to the bathroom (because she cannot go alone) nobody wants to wash her, they opened the bedroom window for more than 30min when it was 0 ° C my father had to call the hospital twice saying that my grandmother was crying because she had been freezing for over thirty minutes, after two calls they finally went to close her window but they said to my grand- mother that my father was not kind on the phone ect (while he is staying very polite and very calm) In short, my grandmother is having a depression there, the staff are not at all attentive and close to the patients, I do not recommend this hospital at all, it's shameful !!
