Excellent service and knowledge. Our favourite shop in Reims.

Very bad service (Originally reviewed on 25/06/2019) The shop seems nice but the service on what the French call the terasse was simply not there . The server did not come for some time so we went and told him . He said to seat ourselves - Installez vous monsieur- and he would come. Again we waited for a long time and nothing happened . Finally we got up and left to the total indifference of the service

Wonderful staff, very open polite and accommodating despite a stressful situation. The son of the shop was also lovely though spoke no English and translated his comments/ recommendations to us. Don’t expect over the top bougie vibes, if you want a glass of champagne to try just go for it.

We had a great experience here on a midweek evening as we enjoyed the beautiful view of the Cathedral. Staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were also given a small bowl of snack mix. We described what champagne we enjoy, that we were willing to try something new and we were offered two delicious options.
