LA TABLE SAINT THOMAS

Amazing food quality and the wine was lovely. It was a simple menu with two set menus (25 or 35€) or a la carte. There were 4 different options for each course. Everything we ate was exceptional and beautifully presented. The waitress was quite brief with us but I belive that was simply a language barrier (no English spoken by her and only a little french by us!) as she was happily chatting with some other customers. Excellent preventative measures in place for covid also.

Best meal we had during our trip in Reims. A small restaurant in a more quiet area about 15 minutes walking north from the city centre. Food is of fine dining quality without the high price tag or pretentiousness. Waitress was great (no English so got to practice our French) and the chef came by to say hello to each table. The menu is not overly expansive (around 4 choices per entrée/main/dessert). There were options for either set menu or a la carte. Covid-19 measures were well put in place, menu was digital, there was a protective screen next to each table for separation.

Fast service, quality products at affordable prices and dishes served at the right temperature. I, who dreaded the dish because initially not liking the duck, I was very surprised and I really liked it. Of all the restaurants I have been to, it is now one of my favorites. Congratulations to the chef and his partner who run this very good restaurant👍
