Family allowance

More than 3 months that I have been waiting for a response following a request for benefits and numerous calls. The only thing they are able to answer on the phone is "we must wait ma'am." Even me grandfather would go faster to process my request!

Waiting time for an "emergency" case and 10 to 15 days, I call back 2 weeks after still nothing. I remind them, the waiting period has not budged. Always 10 to 15 days but after 15 days of waiting.

For the telephone service there is no worse

The waiting time was estimated at 10 minutes I wait, after 10 minutes he hangs up. Not only is the call paid, I also waited 10 minutes for nothing !!! I called back immediately after another 10 minutes of waiting! I don't have that!
