The rooms are well arranged on the other hand I must underline recurring problems the common kitchens are often dirty then it is possible that on 4 floors only a kitchen is open do not go to see the person on the ground floor he will not help you then he has happened several times that only hot water comes out of my faucet so my conclusion is simple only come here if you don't have the choice or the means to have anything other than 9m square.

We came during the open day of the IUT. The residence looks clean. We would have liked to visit and see also a room but apart from a person at the reception who did not frankly informed us. Nothing was planned to visit. That's a shame!!!
