I went to this pharmacy to have my pill taken care of because my prescription had expired by a month, but I presented my prescription and my vital card to the pharmacist, explaining my situation to him and that it is not my fault with the covid19 my appointment at the gynecologist was postponed. But the pharmacist did not want to hear anything, or help me out, or leave me a brochure, or even sell it to me, the reason being that I have never been in this pharmacy, obviously I do not live in Reims, I I was passing through, I find the pharmacist's behavior ashamed!

I will never go to this pharmacy again, the owner is whimsical, very unlovable, she has her heads and allows herself to make reflections to her customers, in front of other customers and even to continue talking about them once her back turned ... She got the melon! Service is no longer her concern. Discretion, she doesn't know! A little advice, stay humble dear Madam, it will make you less embittered ... There are many other pharmacists in Reims who are helpful, who trust their regulars and who are pleasant. We do not mix work and private life , if you have problems, change jobs, people don't have to go through your mood swings !!! ... We do not already come from a happy heart. Greetings..
