They are incapable My shutter no longer opens so I can not ventilate I am told that a technician cannot move before November 12 unacceptable when the household remois tells me that they must put me on an emergency beach I am told replies that it's not an emergency Last year I called them because of a problem with radiators that did not heat up and that it was very cold they took 2 and a half months to repair A boiler that breaks down in the middle of winter we are left 72 hours without heating or scandalous hot water And when someone sends us someone he does sagouin's work, he leaves water everywhere and tramples in or the job is sloppy and badly done Frankly do not recommend fleeing But hey we have no choice they work for the remois home and they are the ones to call REALLY SHAME OF THE INCAPABLE

3 times I make an appointment for a leak in my accommodation and no one comes !!! 3 days waiting for their arrival for nothing. And obviously when I try to call, no one answers. Ineligible.

3 weeks that I still have a water damage !!!
