My God, this secretary at the reception is rude, I have rarely seen that, At our age it is very difficult to accept such behavior. There are a lot of people with ophthalmologists, but that's no reason. Fortunately, the doctors are perfect and pleasant.

Very friendly, professional and conscientious, Madam ADOUE-DOUAT was very meticulous taking the time to answer my questions and to carry out the necessary examinations of preventions. I recommended it with my eyes closed.

Bad experience, let's say incredible! I went with my 3 year old daughter for a simple first vision test. The ophthalmologist got angry more and more during the test, because my daughter did not do everything right away as she asked. When I said that she was not a robot but a child still small and that in addition - not being French - my daughter understands French very well but surely not all the words, I also said that we should have a little more patience with her in this particular case. Ms. Doctor's comment was: "What's this for me ?!" ... When I tried to help the situation and I spoke in my mother tongue to my daughter during the test, to explain a little more what she asked the lady, she almost started yelling at me saying " But shut up! You get drunk on me! You talk to her too much and I don't understand what you are saying! My head is exploding, it pisses me off! I'm not lying, it was really the vocabulary that this lady used. I didn't know what to say, really! Go there then if you try, but with a child who "works" well, and especially do not talk too much to your child during the RV ...

Perfect nothing to say, whether the reception or the care ... very friendly and a real listener. 😁😁😁
