VERSUS CUSTOM SHOP

Disappointed, An original design on which we had agreed, which was not respected at all (for a new design certainly well done but which has not been discussed or agreed before). Dates that have been lengthened and lengthened without any news or communication. Obligation to impose a date for just hoping to get these shoes. I find all this very unfortunate because the work is of good quality and the artisan is someone very talented in his art, but there is a certain lack of professionalism that can impact the experience. Will not stay there again for future projects.
