I called (paid service, which cost me a total of € 1.52), for a very simple task: ask to postpone the reception time of the household appliance scheduled to be withdrawn 3 days later). Once redirected to the reception of this store, they hung up on me. I wasted time and paid for a telephone service not to be listened to, it's a scandal.
