We can call nobody answers ... it is november 12th the heating is still not on ... i have a 20 month old baby who has been in poor health so since october he has been sick several times and has asthma attacks because so cold that it is wet. So I sent it to my parents-in-law for a while waiting for them to finally turn on the heating ... Also its been 1 year and a half that I live here I always wait for someone to come and redo the plugs that hang from the walls as well as the lights that do not work in fact I have 4 parts that do not light on 9 of which my room I do not tell you at night when baby loses the pacifier or you have to take it to change it I even almost fell with it in my arms

Never answer the phone or email Incompetent !!! Leaves their tenants to abandon
