A little gem and so comfortable, I enjoyed staying here so much I stayed an extra night and intend to return when the weather improves in Spring. The accommodation is spacious (sleeps 3) with good ensuite facilities. The owner is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with where to go and what to see. The only negative part was my choice of time of year to visit, January is not the ideal month as many establishments such as restaurants are closed for the Winter and it was very cold so warm clothing is essential for any outside activity.

We had the pleasure of staying with Claudie at La Ferme de Salieges during our three-week cycling vacation in beautiful France. We have beautiful memories of our stay at La Ferme de Salieges where we were warmly greeted by Claudie when she drove to meet us and direct us to La Ferme, the hot showers that warmed us after the wind and cooler temperatures on our bikes, and the delicious food you provided (the lamb stew was amazing as were the fresh eggs and produce from your gardens). We prepared for a wonderful dinner in the communal kitchen, shared our dinner with a lovely couple who were also on holiday, and enjoying a wonderful night of rest in our beautiful and very clean room. The next morning, your delicious breakfast nourished us for our day of riding, and you waved us on with encouragement and warm wishes. We plan to stay with you again on our next cycling trip.

For the 2 amateur hikers that we are, the Salièges farm was the ideal point of departure and arrival to explore the region. Good recovery nights in an impeccable room, beefy breakfasts (homemade jams, farm products) in the warm kitchen or on the pleasant terrace, tons of information (books, maps, ...) and above all incredible kindness and availability of Claudie and her family to make our stay a complete success.

We came for a week in 2019. The stay was perfect. The hosts are very welcoming and the jam is delicious. The region is very beautiful. Thank you !
