Aging site but pleasant setting

We go there regularly, the apartments are a bit old-fashioned, but why not it is at the same time stone and authentic. the place is beautiful, the pool is not bad, friendly services, each time it's a good vacation in nature with a good spirit, I keep good memories there and the family too

This VVF is inadmissible. The whole is very dilapidated and in a state which should not allow the reception of the public. This is by far the worst VVF center we have been to (see photos). In addition, the price is very high compared to the average for VVF centers and accommodation in the region. It's incomprehensible. There is no entertainment, the infrastructure is all degraded and the staff is non-existent. In short, we found ourselves as a family in a dilapidated, dark place without any entertainment. The only place to live is a dirty barbecue without lighting. As a result you find yourself doomed every night to do nothing and stay in a creepy and noisy bungalow. We tried to meet with the manager as soon as we arrived to let him know about our dissatisfaction, without success. It did show up after four days after we called headquarters to complain. He sluggishly offered to shorten our stay and reimburse us for the days not consumed ... What we did and we obviously never was reimbursed despite our complaints. The only positive point is the Cévennes region ... It is splendid. We will go back but definitely not to this place. There is a campsite near the VFF center, for a 50% lower rate you will have access to the river, modern and clean bungalows and a small restaurant where there is entertainment every evening.
