BNP Paribas - Montpellier Croix d'argent

This branch is really amazing. As I'm a foreigner, I don't know French but a lady staff had put so much effort to understand me and gave a proper guidance to open a student account. Without much hassle, I have opened my account within 10-15mins. They had clearly made me to know the details of my account and how the bank works.

I had an appointment 20 days ago to open a joint account. 1 hour meeting, I've never seen that. Nothing has been done since. I am led to believe that everything is good but 2 accounts have been opened at the link of one, still no card. Person at the reception very aggressive because I had the misfortune to call her back when I had to wait for her call. If you're alone at the front desk that's fine with me, but there are ways to talk to customers. I am not your dear friend sir. Used to BNP Paribas, I have always had good relations with advisers but this agency is to be avoided. Not professional at all.

You phone, hosts or hostesses do not let you put one asks you to call back and hangs in the face on the pretext that they have the world at home! Training as a reception should be imposed on them.
