Ordered carpentry and kitchen Carpentry: very good, very beautiful rendering and very professional assemblers, storage, cleanliness and advice By cons: the KITCHEN: a CATASTROPHE, We had all the setbacks: handles and doors not aligned, scratches on the panels hob not aligned with the oven, fitters leave the site in a state: cleaning not done, screws on the floor etc ... Started on December 9, finished on May 25 and still all the drawers are not properly adjusted. Given the innumerable number of editors, everyone is throwing stone, yet it is not an extraordinary cuisine. Unable to meet the boss. And I could write a book, too bad because the kitchen itself is beautiful but the ZERO benefits.

CASEO offers are diverse in terms of carpentry quality. My choice fell on the range ALU INALU in partnership with Schüco after a detailed analysis of the characteristics and the prices I can indicate that it is a solution of an excellent quality / price ratio. For the quality my rating should be put into perspective because I have not yet switched to intensive use mode. The advice is perfect and takes your constraints into account. There is a certain flexibility in the changes inherent in a new construction and this is greatly appreciated. I now await the installation of the portal. I ordered a staircase from Caseo who arrived late with more than 30 cm and 2 steps less in height even though I had provided the dimensions and they had come to take the measurements. They installed a milling ladder for me for over 2 months while waiting for the new staircase. I have an end-of-site door that does not close properly, a pocket door scratched when installed by a screw, a damaged roller shutter box and not the right size which blocks the shutter in the high position and a refrigerator facing which hinders the closing of the door not to mention the number of times they have come by having forgotten something for installation. I had asked them the height of the wedges under the sliding windows, of course too high, and therefore several centimeters of additional screed throughout the house. I blocked the payment of 1% of purchases made from them so that they rectify these inconveniences instead they send me a litigation company😂 to which I sent the pictures of my inconveniences but Caseo does not want to know anything . Society to be avoided and other people like me.
