I’ve never seen such a rude counselor! Following a move, I transferred my account from Montpellier to another city. I just have a current account in Montpellier, and I would like to keep it. Not possible ! I felt addressed because I have no more savings on this account! So I still have more than 3000 € on the current account! To flee !

I wanted to make a cash deposit Caisse d'Epargne Hors-Region, as I often do in this agency. But this morning, the woman who was at the reception told me that it is impossible, they do not make transactions ... But last month I did a cash deposit in the same agency. Run away !
