Am stuck in Cambodia because of covid19, not having been able to get my access code to make transfers and after various emails to my advisor M. GIMENEZ since June. My advisor refuses to answer my emails and having tel from Cambodia he tells me take RD. I have to borrow to live abroad. As soon as I return, I will go and close my account.

Customer service is non-existent (apart from the receptionist who seems new but manages to manage despite everything). I waited almost 2 months for an account transfer after opening an account with them. The banker I was assigned seemed to be on sick leave the entire time, but I couldn't reach anyone else for over a month. In the end to get a response from the agency director, but that did not help matters. No one else took over my case leaving me in the dark all this time. Anyway, I closed my account and looked elsewhere. I therefore strongly advise against this agency.
