Fnac

I am disappointed with Fnac. I ordered an IPad 10 before Black Friday ended and I received an email saying that I will not be receiving the IPad 10 but a refund? 🤔 It has been since December 7th, 2020 that I have been waiting for my refund. I have sent multiple emails but not received any response...

Compact, good range

I went to this store today, 11th feb 2020, just to take a look around. I got interested on a samsung cover for my phone and kept looking on other stuff at the store. At some point I decided I would not buy the cover and putted it back on the shelf. When I was leaving the store I was accused of stealing it by security. I asked if they had any proof that I did it, but They blocked my way asked me to wait. I had to go back to the store with security and show were I left the product. They said a lot of people steal and they had to check on me. VERY SHAMEFUL conduct from a FNAC store!

Can't go wrong with this place it has everything you need for electronics and technology.

Big and spacious place, beautiful interior, neat and clean, very good customer service, wide range of products
