I was advised by telephone by a very professional and competent shopkeeper. 3 days later the part I needed for my French window arrived by letter followed. Clefor also kindly emailed me an assembly guide with all the information needed to complete the repair. It took me 30 min and 18 euros for a piece, nothing to say except Thank you.

Order placed on Friday 4 p.m. collected on Wednesday 11 a.m. (delivered on Tuesday but absent and the driver DPD did not leave an opinion and informed me by such ... delivery next week) .... I put 5 stars for phone contact and speed of shipment. But two points to improve: a little bubble pack around the box of the lock would have been a plus and especially never DPD again to ship to Paris. This company is incompetent. I had to go to the agency 30km from my home to guarantee receipt of the package.

During this delicate period of confinement. They did everything to help me out, to replace a cremone bolt. Very professional and quick. they were of good advice and I could repair my window in less than a week with shipment !!! I was not expecting as much !!! I recommend I recommend
