I believe it is best to avoid buying from this store over the internet and believe that the motto "Money Back Guarantee" has not applied to us. Judge a bit: we buy a water heater for a little over 1100 euros. He arrives at the other end of France with the gas inlet hose bent. When contacted, the store replied that it was okay (gas, anyway!) And refused the exchange because we only reported the damaged packaging, not the part. It is true that the delivery men have all their time and are patient while you unpack and examine your parcels .... I would laugh if it was not a little more than 1100 euros!

Purchase of a seal displayed on the website at € 2.59 and paid at the cash desk € 3.17. The seller having already validated the price, he apologizes for not being able to change it! You do with it what you want, but that doesn't inspire me much confidence for more expensive purchases.
