My disappointment is equal to their lack of professionalism. My first contact by phone with GO34 had nevertheless been good: I had found my interlocutor helpful and competent, and their prices did not seem excessive. The second contact to give personal information and confirm the quote by email was also good. But on D-Day .... NOBODY. Have you ever found yourself with a baby, animals and more than 50 kg of luggage on a sidewalk at 7am desperately waiting for the VTC supposed to bring you to the airport? Imagine that there is nothing pleasant about it. GO34 did not even deign to answer our calls, warn us of any problem, or apologize afterwards.
