Company mandated by our home insurance for a leakage search which offers us 7 days of waiting for a first appointment when we have no more water in the middle of confinement (therefore without possible accommodation) and we have a 3 year old child. No alternative proposed for this extremely urgent situation. We were forced to look for a leak detection company capable of reacting as quickly as possible on our own. And we were lucky to find a competing company that resolved the problem within 3 hours of detection and repair included! I do not thank you for your indifference to our distress!
