I want to underline the patience and professionalism of the receptionist to whom I had to pass 20 queues in one afternoon !!!! Very pleasant and helpful driver who kindly started my car! By cons only negative point to pay for a stolen vehicle not brilliant brilliant.

3 star for the service at the reception where the young lady is full of compassion after a day of work, 20 minutes on the tram and 15 minutes on foot, it's nice to find someone smiling. Small flat 126 € for 3:00 of security I find that excessive ...

Everything was sorted out without a problem, I couldn't leave with the car of my choice ... They put on a pretty reception desk with beautiful eyes to smooth the pill. Courteous staff are pleasant. 4 star because I still paid 130 €

Very pleasant, professional and attentive person. This person exercises his profession conscientiously. Unfortunately, for having witnessed the scene, many people spend their nerves on the person who is the reception and allow themselves insults and threats while this one has nothing to do with the removal of the cars (it therefore does not wonder if the person is then cold) respect must be mutual. For my part and to be objective, the staff were very pleasant.

I'm on my sixth visit to the pound, I think we should put in a loyalty card system since it wouldn't be my last visit. 10th removal offered with a small coffee would be perfect! Very friendly driver who recharged my battery!
