We got to know Sarah during a stay in Montpellier in an accommodation she was taking care of and at the time we appreciated her professionalism and responsiveness. So a year ago we did not hesitate to entrust him with the apartment we bought and we have not regretted it since. The WelcHome34 team (Management and concierges) is at the top and you can entrust your accommodation with your eyes closed!

Following a 2.5-month rental, after the tenant leaves: bathroom and bedroom furniture torn from the walls, damaged sofa, broken floor lamp, cleaning not done (large coca-cola stain on the dining room floor ), a lot of laundry missing, microwave screwed up. No inventory of fixtures made on departure of the traveler. I paid Welchome34 the most expensive service (19%), but the job really wasn't done. Just reimbursed by Airbnb for the keys that the traveler had lost and I had to replace the barrels at my expense. Not living on site, Welchome34 had the nerve to charge me 30 € in addition to their services which were obviously not fulfilled !!! They even wrote to me that they were not responsible for the disappearance of the laundry !!! You should not have any problems, because in this case they will be absent ... I strongly advise against them.

Bravo for this company which is evolving towards a bright future. Jonathan and Sarah and their team are professional, competent, with initiative and an appreciable quality of communication. Their staff is carefully selected and committed to continuous improvement. The size and flexibility of their team allowed me to delegate without delay the management of 6 (!) Apartments in Montpellier station and center during a very intense period. Quality monthly reports and accounting. I recommend : )

Welchome 34! Real pro! a very serious job, I am serene. My property is very well managed and the tenants are satisfied. I RECOMMEND !
