Agency totally incompetent. The director of the agency takes weekend five days, was particularly unpleasant and condescending. We were ready to sign despite fuzzy, contradictory and trickle-down information on the contract when she was upset by our insistence and preferred to give the apartment to someone else at the last moment, making us lose more than a month in our research as well as a month's rent for the owner. She had, however, assured us that we had priority. To avoid!!!!
