Very well placed, superb zac

Disappointed by the neighborhood which is however well placed near the tram and amenities. Quartier neuf is urbanizing excessively (ZAC). Lots of people, parking problems and thefts in the garages of the residences. I'm leaving this neighborhood.

New district of St Jean de Vedas not yet completed. It is blamed buildings on each other not ventilated enough so. Otherwise beautiful constructions colors on gray and white.
