Dirty and poorly managed by Nexity

Many of the studios in this residence are managed by the owners themselves. The residence is under renovation and maintenance is regular. Do not be fooled by negative reviews left by renters dissatisfied with and having problems with their owner or managing agency!

Horrible experience for a year. Kind of home for unstable people. Premises in poor condition and poorly managed by Nexity. The concierge was friendly and that's really the only good thing about this place. To avoid unless like me, you have no choice and need housing in an emergency.

Dirty, cockroaches everywhere in the room. The network signal is too bad to connect. Many people have the keys at the same time, which is super insecure. The laundry room is also terribly dirty. I advise everyone not to live here! Even if it is expensive, the quality is really bad!

Residence to flee! I lived for more than 2 years in this residence. Very badly frequented by people who smoke smokers, many men who sit outside in the yard who insistently watch the girls come in and out of her home. Residence room and woman at home unpleasant. Big problem with Nexity who asked me more than 600 € at the end of the rental to redo the painting of the apartment which was already in the same state at the entrance.
