We've been customers for thirty years, but today I'm very disappointed they took a package of coffee from my bank account at 150 euros instead of 36 euros once on 11/16/20 and again on 23 / 11/20 after complaint they tell me that it is an imprint of the bank which will turn on D + 4 into 36 euros except that to date it is 2 times 150 euros which are withdrawn from my account and that they don't want to reimburse me this business has changed a lot and they are now thieves I advise you not to order anything from them !!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE NOTE: Paul DEQUIDT Roaster is increasing the price of its coffee in pods by 100% and only in pods. Without any warning or explanation. Customer since 1995 for ground coffee and since 2014 for coffee in pods, although without ever really knowing, with a few exceptions, the origin of the coffee delivered, I was generally satisfied with the quality of the coffee and its price. whatever its packaging (grain, ground or pod). Like every month, I receive a letter in which it is generally offered 2.5 kg of Arabica coffee + 500 gr free or a gift. During these years the prices evolved in a fair proportion, until March or April 2020 when, in the letter received it was stipulated that the price would evolve from May 1, 2020 from 45 to 50 euros for a usual order. . This increase did not ultimately take place. During July or early August I received the monthly letter with the usual order form and an offer of 2.5 kg of coffee + 500 gr free or 360 pods at the price of 49 euros. Offer guaranteed until 08/31/2020. Wishing to save time, in all confidence, I made my order on 08/22/2020 on the website, the price was 45 euros. Upon receipt of my package, I noticed that the package received was ½ volume lower than the previous packages. I quickly noticed that the package contained only half of my usual order, a total of 12 packs of 18 pods instead of the usual 24. Note that on Paul Dequidt's order forms, concerning the pods, the price of coffee per kilo is never specified ... A major ambiguity since it could have avoided this surprise. I contacted the Paul Dequidt company by phone to let them know about this problem. I was told that this was so and that the price of the pods had increased but not the price of the ground coffee which he had left at the usual price. I pointed out that the price of the pods had doubled, without the customers being informed and that on their flyer the offer was guaranteed until 08/31/2020 and, as a response, the person in line simply cut Communication. Not supporting not to have been informed of the doubling of the price of the pods only and to be somehow taken hostage by being put in front of a fait accompli, without any explanation, without consideration or any respect I decided to return the package of coffee in pods and to be reimbursed ... This kind of behavior borders on a scam ...

Hello I have been a customer for years. I just received my surprise package 10 packs of 18 doses instead of 20 packs of 18 doses. I found this situation like a theft due to its increase from single to double? You can't do better Mr Paul d 'equip.j have no overflowing pockets .client 79708933.i wish you good luck.j hope that your customers will leave you without regrets because of your behavior.

Very good coffee ... Client for 1 year Unpleasant surprise for the 5th order the prices have almost doubled Mail to customer service ... Supposing no error !!!!! 49 euros for 2kg5 now 45 euros 1kg250 weird so I stop my orders too bad but it's not serious
