This increase did not ultimately take place. During July or early August I received the monthly letter with the usual order form and an offer of 2.5 kg of coffee + 500 gr free or 360 pods at the price of 49 euros. Offer guaranteed until 08/31/2020. Wishing to save time, in all confidence, I made my order on 08/22/2020 on the website, the price was 45 euros. Upon receipt of my package, I noticed that the package received was ½ volume lower than the previous packages. I quickly noticed that the package contained only half of my usual order, a total of 12 packs of 18 pods instead of the usual 24. Note that on Paul Dequidt's order forms, concerning the pods, the price of coffee per kilo is never specified ... A major ambiguity since it could have avoided this surprise. I contacted the Paul Dequidt company by phone to let them know about this problem. I was told that this was so and that the price of the pods had increased but not the price of the ground coffee which he had left at the usual price. I pointed out that the price of the pods had doubled, without the customers being informed and that on their flyer the offer was guaranteed until 08/31/2020 and, as a response, the person in line simply cut Communication.
