Three weeks that I try to have a counselor .... my brother moved to the scene, a counselor must remind me it's been a week ....... I left several emails at the start with as response "absence until February 06, 2020", they are strong to go back in time, anyway very disappointed, Covid I want to but there are limits .....

Disappointed because appointment of a manager in the office not respected and on several occasions !! on the other hand at the reception very good report qualities in general sympathetic helpful and kind quite the opposite has one of the persons in charge in the offices. I recommend this bank if you don't have big projects, but avoid buying houses. Here you go credit, be very careful Good day dated 05/28/2020. I telephoned to have information concerning a so-called unpaid and well they said to me no it is not to pay ex .. the tone mounts from the mouth of the banker I remain calm and there madam who did not given her name and luckily for her I would have complained about the tone she used when speaking to me to finish I saw that my other bank to pay the savings bank and there she said fuuuuu good ba ignore the letter then !!! I do not attack her on the other hand she should pay a little more attention to her way of doing with her customers good luck to you ci you go through this lady today 😌😰😲

very friendly office, very nice staff and available. I prefer this establishment to that of Valencienne that looks like a factory and where the platform is not up to the height for some girls.We constantly have the impression of disturbing more advisors allow themselves to invest without explaining the transaction correctly. That's why I left this agency and I am very satisfied with the savings bank of Aulnoye-aymeries
