Very competent, friendly, kind and attentive staff. Regarding the store nothing to say. On the other hand, my sofa is a month old and I notice a significant sagging of it. At 4000 euros the sofa I find it unacceptable. The after-sales service is laborious and I weigh my words. .. 2 appointments not honored. Case to follow
