Omg. As much as the city of Saint-Quentin is wonderfully tidy and organized, its station is the worst-nobody available for indications and no taxi waiting at the taxi lane! We arrived at 19.00 in late summer from Paris and were lucky enough to find a very nice lady explaining that taxis don't stop at the station but you should look for a taxi company on line and ring them... After several attempts this taxi by chance turned up!!! We couldn't believe our own eyes! Definitely a no. You cannot expect all tourists to be connected and ready to book a taxi in advance.

Large train station, little parking space even after renovation. splendid decoration during the nights with vivid colors. Warm welcome, with possibility of eating indoors.
